ACRIS TAX FORM CREATION CHANGES – EFFECTIVE MAY 18, 2015

Dear Clients,

On April 28, 2015, we sent you an email regarding the ACRIS Tax Form changes – a copy of our email is set forth below. The City Register has just informed us that the answer to one of the questions (regarding information that must be supplied on the Supporting Document and highlighted below) was incorrect.

Therefore please note that following:

The required Supporting Document that must accompany a New York City Real Property Transfer Tax return must include the names of the partners/members, full addresses and an SSN/EIN.
